banks and programs LM4 MkII

I've been pulling my hair out trying to find the answer to what should be a simple thing. I'm using VST5.1 and the LM4 MKII drum module. I can go to my file menu and load in an instrument (the .fxp files) - no problem. I can't seem to load in an individual bank, though. For example, there is a bank that came, I believe with the Wizoo Acoustic Drums CD called Wizoo Acoustic Chromatic.fxb. I go to "load bank" and select it, and click open, but nothing happens!! It just sends me back to what I had loaded in before!! Ugh!

If anyone could explain or point me to the appropriate place in the appropriate manual, I'd be very grateful.
