loading patch scripts in Cubase

I'm using Cubase VST 5.1 and I recently downloaded the patch script for the Roland XV 3080, and expansion boards. How do I install them into Cubase?

I'm using windows 98 second edition.

Does anyone know where I can get the patch script for the Novation Superbass Station?
