VoodooChile413 is on a distinguished road
downloading from a recorder.

im not sure if this is the right forum, but i dont know where else to put it. When our band records, we do it to a Mackie MDR24/96 24-Track Digital Recorder. then i download it to my computer. when i do this, each track gets separated into multiple takes(one for everytime recording is stopped and started). since it does this, i have to go manually find the correct takes and then try and match all the tracks up to each other by dragging them(in cakewalk). is there a way to download from the recorder and have everything much more organized, and matched up???
