I was going through some boxes today and I found this old picture of the kit I used to play on. Looking back, I remember how much a pain in the ass it was to lug around. It sure turned a lot of heads though!

You are da man! That's some serious kit action. How long did it take you to aquire all of that. Is there more? I love the older kits. Todays kits look nice but like any older instrument, the older kits just sound "seasoned".

Yep....proudly yep.....they are all my collection....I keep them in all parts of the house, sorta comforting realy, like a bit of my personality in every room....well, not the can lol....The little white kit is my Dads and The other bigger white was my first purchase in '95 and I haven't been able to stop since.....it's a desease you know, but I'm in no rush for the vaccine .....There are 3 more a Rogers 9/72 24/16/13 in need of recovering and To other 16 and 13 combos in need of matching bass drums.....

memriloc ye gads thats a whole lota rogies.They all look pristine ,I'm in oz as well and tour all the time Id like to have a good look at em.with such an extensive collection do you ever entertain the thought of hiring them out to very responsable people who hate new shit sounding hire kits.I like to take my 60's premiers with me but when we fly I can't take them so I end up on some shit Pearl/TAMA/YAMY or some such shiser(the pus that passes for hire kits these days I mean realy).Any way If you are interested I'm in a band called 'SIXFTHICK'we're doin some shows in syd and melb and surfers paradise soon,if you want a look get back to me and yer on the door,and we can chew the fat(tom sound that is).

memriloc, that's impressive. I'm also glad to see so many similar kits to mine, simplicity is my only saving grace. I can only handle about a 5 piece with maybe a ride and a couple crashes. That's my max. Sweet collection, thanks for sharing
