Good Mic for Live Recording?

i wanna record gigs from the audience & am tryin to research some good mics to possibly buy.

what type of mic should i get? is the one below suitable?

just make sure you get a mike that filters out the drunk guy behind you screamin' "wooooohooooooooooooooooooo! yeeeeeeah! that guys so smooooooooooooth!"
