Problems with Delta 1010

I have just bought it, and I've got problems.
_I can only record till 6 tracks. If I try to record more tracks, the record stop ater few seconds and an error message say "audio error recording" or something like that.
_I can't listen more than 1 track when I record...I don't understand...even with my old Guillemot Isis, I could listen to sixteen tracks during recording others...
Please, help!

But I don't realy know this forum, and i saw just after that the forum about computer and soundcard is more appropriate...
