Whoaaaaa!!!!

The basic tracks I found on the net....can't even remember where. Can't take credit and won't.

I re-mixed it...added my drums and remastered. No I do not play with a band...many years passed. Just having some fun. How do I get my toms to sound like that? Lots of patience. Heads, tuning, mics, mic placement, effects etc. I don't believe that there is a recipie for success...but more of a process.

I am VERY new to this recording/digital thingy!!!!!!! If you (dcptnsdcvd) are young(ER) you have the leg up on me.

What I have found on most bulletein boards is that drummers forget to learn ther craft. Learn ther instrument. How many times have you (or most on this service) taken ther drums apart and put them back together again? Experiment with head combimations....find tuning ranges for all their drums?

Each of your drums has 'sweet spots' where they 'sing'. I found mine. Take the time to find yours. Spend one night on a single drum and dial it in......find the pitch that the drum talks to you...where the resonance matches the pitch.
