Big monitors in a small room - Is it bad?

My room is 10' by 9' - I currently have JBL LSR25P monitors, but I feel the low end is lacking. I have a chance to pick up Dynaudio BM10 passives (12" X 9" X 11.25") for a killer price. These are a little bigger then BM6 and smaller then BM15. Will I have a problem in my small room. I normally don't crank up the volumes to high, so will I have a problem with these at normal volumes.

Yup. Small room bad. Big monitors make it worse. Don't add more. Treat the space, or change to another.

Can't change the location - it's a home studio, but these are not such a big monitors, just bigger then my LSR25s. I'm still wating on the full specs for the BM10s then I'll let you know.

Cool

if your room is accoustically challenged, those LSR25p's are perfect for you....just spend some time with your favorite CD's learning to place the low end and youll be ok.....

you think u have bass problems now jsut wait till that low end is boomin all over.....
