what beats tannoy active reveals for that $700 price range?

just need to know from any experts out there, if they know of any monitors that exist in there own opinion after hearing the reveals compared to another pair of monitors would pick the other hands down. i'm in the market for buying some monitors.

Only you can answer this question. Go listen to everything you can, and decide what YOU like.

That is the only definitive answer than can be given. Everything else is subjective.

I agree with Loon.. borrow a set and test them in your set up, if you like the sound... AND if you can hear a difference when you make small changes to you mix... go for 'em.

Almost all speakers made..will find a byer that likes them....and the ultimate speaker that everybody likes is yet to be seen....
