mackie MIXERS AND DAILY HOURS

Hello,
I'm a releativley new owner of a small Mackie 1202 mixer.
Now temerature wise, it's not bad, but it gets warm...but a consistant warm, not prgressively hotter and hotter.

I was wondering if any of you more long time Mackie owners know if this Mixer can handle 2 hour per day usage 7 days a week? I plan on using it every day all day.

is this excessive? or can the mixer handle it? what would you
suggest as maximum daily hours usage?

anybody have any suggestions?

I wouldnt worry about a thing...those things are tanks. You should be able to leave it on 24/7 if you want to.

i have a 1202, the original issue that I bought in 94. I've had it on for endless hours and it is now starting to make some noise and one channel has weakened in output strength. So, it lasted about 8 years.

I also use a newer model 1202 live that I've had for about four years and so far its fine. It gets 4 hours a night use about five nights a week.
