how to install sound samples into fuity loops

how do i install my sound samples i download for drums into fruity loops 3. ive tried everything i can think of, they were in zip format and i try import zip file and it says invalid file or somthing like that, and its done it everytime i download a file so i dont think it is file. please help if you know. thank you tim pate
