Only problem is that the subbass sounds a little bit off key at certain points(throw me off ass I attempt to freestyle to it).

NoNo.........the bassline was hot...it just went off key at some points. I know why too!!! You used the sample and then tried to play a bassline that was on key with the sample(had to sort of "play it by ear"...........this is a technique that I use as well). But don't worry about it......it can only be perfected by practice(there are no books written on the subject....that I know of).

I don't know - I like the relation the samples and the drum beat have together. If I put the drumbeat harder, it gives a aggressive vibe I don't like for that beat. I just like the feeling like that... But to everyone is own opinion.

I'm listening to 4 My Homies. Like that violin sample a lot. Is that a loop or did you sequence it? Either way nice work. The bass is going off key in some sections as was mentioned before. The drum line works well with the track. Oh shit, like the change you made in the violin at about 1:10. Nice work again, I'm impressed. Thanks for the listen.
