Free space PROBLEM!!!

when i try to open cool edit it says that the temporary folder isnt there so specify a new one. so i specify a new one and it says restart cool edit pro. i restart it and it hasnt saved the temporary folder so it just keeps doing it!!!

yery annoying.

please help

Make sure that your temporary folder exists.
Also make sure that you are pressing ok and not cancel

Well tukkis, im not "stupid" if thats what your trying to say!!

i type in where i want the new temp folder and press ok and it says restart cool edit for new settings to take effect, so i reopen it and nothings changed!!!!!!!!

Yeh I know you are not stupid but make sure that the folder on your hard drive actually exists. If you put in something like C:\temp you have to make sure that that folder actually exists on your hard drive

You could re-install and specify a different folder, shoudn't have to though but sometimes it feels good to wipe files.

even when i create a C:/Temp folder it only gives me like 18 meg to record with coz all the space is on E:/ and it wont accept that folder.

shouldnt it work with out re-installing?

well if all the space is on E drive make the tempory folder on E drive.
