midi interface

im in the process of hooking my equip to my computer and was wanting to get some recommendations on midi interfaces. right now the midi moduels i have are

trinity rack
oberheim matrix 6r
planet phat
xv3080
studiologic 61 key midi controller.

i have a compaq P3 computer and was wanting to know what type of midi interface i would need. i had been looking at some older opcode studio 4 and studio 5 and was wanting the pros/cons of these models. any other suggestions would be greatly appreicated.

thanks,

Jusballin,

I know it's off topic but how do like the Matrix 6R? I've heard it's a pain to program, but I can get one relatively cheap. If you've got a minute let me know your opinions on it and what you use it for mainly.

Thanks in advance

Jusballin, I've heard about the 1000 but I've yet to find one for a reasonable price. As far as the 6R, I don't mind the programming aspect it's just that I've heard comments that it's one of the more difficult synths to program. Nice presets? That just sweetens the deal I guess.

Thanks for the info. When I get mine we'll have to touch base and talk about some programming aspects of the synth if you're interested.
