Smile Lookin for Software with Patterns and Rhythm

Hello All, I am looking for a software program that will operate like a Rhythm composer with built in styles,patterns thats not very expensive.
I am using Sonar 2.0

Any suggestion please

Band-in-a-box from PGMusic is the answer to your question, check it out. It can export midi files to be used in Sonar.

thanks for your reply...I did check out Band I A Box...but its still a boom-chick-a-boom program...I am looking for something with more modern styles and arrangements to use for writing songs..

Try Jammer Pro from Soundtrek. It's relatively cheap and has some great features for a songwriter. MUCH better than BIAB!
