Angry quantizing, help!!!!!!!!!

hey everyone, i have a lil problem. i record a little MIDI track, quantize it in sixteenth note value, and then it sounds fine, until i open the audio track to record it, then its a little off. am i doing somethin wrong that anyone can tell me about? thanks, i really appreciate any help...........

oh ya by the way

its off in the timing by the way. i tried different values like 8th note, quarter, but 16th seems to come the closest, but not quite. ahhhhhhh! hehe thanks again
