Question Line 6 POD upgrade???

I have a POD 2.0, are there any upgrades to this version. I have read that there is a 2.3. Does anybody know of any upgrades, and if so what did they upgrade??
Anybody??

King,

First, you may want to check your firmware version to see exactly what version you have:

Hold down the ‘Manual’ button while powering up the POD. The display will spell out P – O – D – X – y (where X = the release number and y = the sub-release).

The current version is 2.3

So, if you have a version before 2.3, you can call Line 6 and request for an upgrade chip. It's free if yours is POD 2. Just give them a call with your POD serial number, etc. , their customer support is good.

it's free... why not call their tech support up, be ready to give them your present version, and they'll send you a new chip. if you don't like it, then you can put back the original.
