Best place to find a peavey vmp-2?

Has peavey stopped making new units? If so where might i find one?

Do a search on this forum, using the search feature, for VMP2. I did that a few days back and found a thread about it. I THINK the gist was that they have stopped making them - for now. They have a fair bit of stock, and when there is a need to make more, they will. I'm not totally sure about that though.

Depending on your needs, might you consider the TMP1 mic pre? I BELIEVE that it is essentially the same as the VMP2, but does not have full 48v phantom power (closer to 24v, I think...) and is a single channel pre instead of a 2-channel pre. If anyone might be able to elaborate on this, I'm probably not the only one who would be interested!
