Question whats the best editing software

whats the best editing software? Money doesnt matter, I just want a lot of choices to choose from. Any opinions?

Are you talking wave editing software? I'll assume you are. I don't know that there really is a 'best'. Cool Edit Pro has very nice wave editing. Sound Forge is nice too. That's the extent of my experience.

There is no "best" anything..... it's all up to what YOU are comfortable with and can afford.

I use SoundForge for editing and N-Track Studio for multitracking. With Fruityloops, I have a whole studio for less than $250. (N-Track is $60, I got SoundForge on sale for $99 and Fruity was $70)

You may like other programs; go out and start downloading demos and try them all out!
