GT-6 Software Update

Hey guys, 1st post here. I bought one of the 1st GT-6's. The Roland site doesn't say what the update addresses, does anyone know?

My understanding is you use a midi cable to update it. But I still can't find info on what the update does....

Anybody know?????

I hung out at the Yahoo GT-6 users group for a while last year and it seemed like there were a few instances where the unit would lock up when first turned on.

Check out the Yahoo GT-6 users group, a guy with the screen name Warlock was the moderator, or at least seemed to know the most about the unit...
