i read the manual...Time Ruler so all i have to do is match sequencer bars with Cool Edits...When zoomed in horizontally, you can left-click and drag on the Time Ruler (the mouse pointer will turn into a hand) to scroll the viewing range forward and backward in time (the zoom level will remain the same, however the waveform area being viewed will be shifted either forward or backwards). While dragging, move the hand cursor to the far right or left for a fast auto-scroll
