Almost picked up their newest the other day, anybody hear it and got the scoop? Mshea, they are comin here this week but I'mma miss em, gotta go to LA.

Heard WHOLE CD...WELL WORTH IT! Seriously. Clean as a whistle...thought provoking, FUNNY...too bad you'll miss them. Although, if you check the website, you'll notice they seem to hit each major city twice. They'll be back in Chicago at the Tweeter center in September. I CAN'T WAIT!!!

sweeeeeet, what's their setup like?? Saw anti-pop consortium last weekend and theirs was wacky, a laptop, a moog, an MPC, and some processors......

Check this out. Spy band's keyboardist had stacked vintage synths...2 Rolands, and a vintage AMP!!! hooked to the keyboards. a smokin' guitar player and a dancin' bassist!!! The drummer had a flat screen console in front of him...but i never saw him use it...i don't know what it was for...but it looked like some form of fill type generator. I dunno.

The performance was CLEAN!!! Nothing out of tune, nothing out of place and the sound was A+++. Truthfully. I've NEVER heard a cleaner LIVE performance before IN MY LIFE!

hmmm.....gonna check and see when/how I can check them, you got me interested mshea, they sound like a killer show!
