Eq over 14kHz

I'm limited in Cubasis to a maximum EQ range of 14kHz. I'm trying to isolate and boost a cymbal which I believe is in a higher range(15kHz and above), at least I'm hoping to brighten up some cymbals my friend recorded and can hardly be heard in a drum mix. What would be a good program to export this track to that would have that capability?
