Getting started...

Here's a few shots of my little 12X12 hovel from ealier in the year.
I haven't done much since but have added some panels to tame the rooms acoustics a bit.

I made 4X6 panels from 3/4" acoustic tiles and wrapped them with kind of a sexy burlap material. I mounted them to the wall with 1" foam spacers. 2 each on the front and rear walls and 3 each on the two side walls.

I swapped my Mapex acoustics for this set of Rolands this year.
For recording, they're the cat's ass!

I'm using a C-Port sound card and breakout box as my DAW. Since I'm not micing individual drums, I'm not using a mixer. I am looking for some kind of interface to use for transport in Ntrack. Sick of using a mouse!
The stand on the left is a bunch of 70's Pioneer gear I collected on Ebay. Ya just can't beat big knobs and lots on switches and buttons!
