I don't mean to get into religion here...but for most this is a misconception. Satanism (or modern satanism) is not the same thing as devilworshipping. Do the research.

Depends on the Satanist in question. Anton Lavey Satanism, your absolutely right. Its not the same. But that particular religion/philosophy/trainwreck is not representative of all people who consider themselves satanist. And since he didnt invent the word, he doesnt get exclusive right to it, nor do his followers. Lavey himself is to blame for the confusion, because he adopted the name, and appearance as kind of a statement/sick joke/ego trip, and he alone is responsable for the confusion...As I am sure he deliberately caused it.

And you do the research. I have plenty of friends who were and/or are followers of the man, who explained it all in far more detail than I had the desire to hear. I have also had the misfortune to know "other" types of satanists, who, well, lets just say that they were less pleasant and leave it at that.

Jesus basicly said your with me or your not. If your not with Jesus all the time, then some might call you satanic.

I think it's safe to say that Ozzy isn't an avid church goer. Therefore, (in the eyes of some) he could be concidered satanic, but so would I.
