Smile MIDI drumset instrument definition question.

Hello Folks!
I am using a Roland JV1010 sound module for my drum beats. The module has many types of drum sets. I need to mix and match some of the drum sets. Is it possible to do this using the instrument definitions? For example, I like the SNARE sound on the drumset named "Jazz" and I like the KICK drum in the drumset named "Pop". I need to create my own drumset named "X" with the SNARE sound of the "jazz" set and the KICK drum of the "Pop" set. Is it possible? if so how do I mess with the instrument definiton? I am using SONAR.
Thanks alot!

You will have to create a custom patch in the JV. I dont know the JV so I cant tell you how to do it. Some keyboards have the drum instruments locked to the kits and others let you mix and match.
