JS-5 Jamstation confusion

Most things are relatively straightforward on the Jamstation, apart from the Midi Bulk Download.

I want to get hold of the midi files and edit them to my own preference using the PC (CW-Sonar). Then upload them back into the user files section.

I have been able to download something but not in any usable format
