I have kept all the reciepts for everything involved in the construction. Not including any gear or furnishings it comes to about $11,000. What this does include is all materials, any tools purchased along the way, electrical and plumbing, all the studio wiring and cable connectors etc. and labor. I did have a lot of help with labor from friends and my carpenter is a friend also so that helped keep the cost down a lot. This is for the control room only, as the live room was done a few years ago. Add another 4 or 5000 for that. This all started with a dirty musty concrete block basement that was just a place to store junk. Now it stores all the cool gear but thats another (expensive) story.
