Alesis sr 16 programming ??

I just got a used sr 16 (c1990 comes up on opening screen). I also have the manuel and this I could not find this in it. My ? is : How do I peice together the variois parts to create a full running song AND can and if so how do I do a tempo change in the one song? My chorus is at 175bpm and my verse is at 150 bpm.
