Can you take a MP3 files and make them into a CD Audio Format that can be CD-R ??

Sure. Just use something like Winamp that can decode the MP3 into a wav file, then when you burn the wav to CD as audio it will become a cda.

OR.......... you can just download a demo of nero5 and that will take your mp3 files and convert them to wv files and burn them to cd all in on easy step!

There is a freeware pgm that is very fast and easy to use called MPEG Suite you can find it by going to ec2000.xperiment.net its a fast pgm and easy to set up and has both an encoder and decoder from mp3 to wav or wav to mp3
