Syncing Korg D8 with Zoom RhythmTrak??

Let me get this out of the way: I'm a rookie.

Just bought a Korg D8 a coupla weeks ago and now I've gone and ordered a Zoom RhythmTrak 234 to lay down some drum/bass tracks. Unfortunately, I read elsewhere that there may be a problem syncing the MIDI's of these two wondertools. Not that I know a damn thing about MIDI either. If you can help, please do, and remember to use the simplest language possible ;-)
