Who uses wax cylinders?
I have a couple, and they really sound bad! Thomas Alva Edison's old company made them...worth some money, but GEEZ!
The only reason I really posted this is because the description of this particular forum made me laugh. Really, though, to hear a wax cylinder is an absolutely amazing experience; it can't be put into words (or at least I'm not willing to do it.) Darth

They might be Giants recorded a song on them. Can't remember what or which album but it's true. Cool song.

Wax cylinders
You can use wax cylinders as lights. They have to have a string through the middle. Very retro, very chic.
