BR-8 wav converter for Windows 2000?

What's up, folks? First time post, but I've been reading (and learning a lot) for a while now, and I appreciate it. My question - has anyone tried the BR-8 wav converter with Windows 2000? It says it's not compatable (and, yes I tried and nope - it didn't work). Just thought I'd see if anyone else has tried it, or if a Windows 2000 version is available. I appreciate the help.
