Arrow Recording help!

Ok..when I have my track layed out and finished and I want to record the midi to wav I have been having some problems...
when I arm the tracks that Im gona record the wav on and press play cakewalk freezes for a couple seconds and says something about the audio disk being full...also when I hit the record button it will play through the track as if it were recording but as soon as I stop it no audio comes up...what does this mean and how can I fix it?

See if this helps, scroll down to where it says Audio disk is full.

Let me know if this doesn't solve the problem. This is for SONAR, if you are using other Cakewalk software, just go to the support section and select the one you are using.
