Question VS1824-CD reviews

Has anybody seen a good review of Roland VS1824CD? All I can find is people complaining that VS1880 has ergonomic and technical problems that have been addressed in the 1824. I'm just getting started with a project studio based on this DAW, and I'm hoping for a little moral/tech support from this group. Check out the full equipment list on guitar 9's home studio registry and feel free to email me. I have so few people to talk to that have a clue what I'm talking about. (what's a compressor, dear?). Thanks- Richie
