SONAR vs Everything Else

Ok, so normally I setup drum loops in FL, then I make a drum track in Acid (Cause I hate FL's song interface), then I record any live percussion I want to loop into Acid (like my lil egg shaker) and then I render separate wavs and import them into CW. People have told me that SONAR does all of that. How would I do that.

In sonar go to file/import audio and then to the folder where your wave file is stored.
