Alesis Point Seven's

I know there are a lot of people who dislike the Alesis monitors, but recently I have heard good things about the point sevens. Any merit to this? I have used and dislike the monitor one's.

I have a set of Point 7's. I like them, but I wouldn't replace them should they die/walk/etc. I bought them because they're shielded. The 7's are not as shielded as I'd like, but oh well. I got 'em for cheap. I can't compare them to One's. I use them mainly for DAW and Video work on the PC. For critical monitoring, I use JBL's.
