Sonic Timeworks EQ Plug???

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone has bought the 2.0 XL version, I was looking for a spetrum analyzer and saw that that EQ plug had one built into it. It said it was 64 bit... along with the compressor for mastering. I already have ozone. Its also 64 bit. I guess I'm kinda wondering if this set of plugs would be worth going the extra money for, or if I should just get a cheaper SPA, and order the basic 2.0 package. Any thoughts? Thanks all
