most of these song were done in cubase, a couple in cakewalk. just let me know what you think.

The first two songs were very cool, good performance but the kick bass have the opposite problems in each song. The first one had very little kick coming thru and the second the bass or kick was way too loud.

The fourth song sounded great though, the rythm section finally had the right balance. The last song was awesome sounding but I would have gone with a punchier snare in the chorus. At least thats how they came across on my Klipsch home system.

Great guitar and vocal sounds overall.

thanks for the replies. the drums for the first song were done totally in acid so there wasnt any "mixing" i could on it, it was one loop already mixed. it was the first song i did w/ my old (first) DAW a couple of years ago.
I agree, the kick is kinda hot in the second song. this was my first demo using battery, so i was probably a little excited.
again, thanks for the replies and anyone else feel free to let me have your honest opinions.
