software programs to speed up songs

could someone please give me a few url's that have software programs that let you speed up wave files(songs)without affecting the voice and also have the save function operational on the demo versions.i've tried cool edit 2000 but it had a 30 day limit and my 30 days are already up.i would have bought this but i don't really want to pay nearly $130.00 australian for only one function.so if somebody could help me that would be very much appreciated.thankyou in advance
