Tascam 424 MK III and Tascam 414 MKII Compatability?

I have a Tascam 414 MKII and our other geetar player has the 424 MKIII. Will tapes recorded on one machine work with the other?

yeah, i'm pretty sure they will. Just make sure that they are both to the same speed.
