Sounds Unbalanced

I recorded my band on my Tascam 414 the other day: 1 channel for acoustic guitar through my behringer mixer, and vocals and harp through blue tube. I recorded them all at once into my recorded using all 1/4 into it. I was listening to it today and realized the whole sound is totally unbalanced. For some reason, the right channel of the whole mix seems to be dominating. When I pan the tracks to the right, the sound is much louder than on the left and when the pan is in the center, the tracks all seem to be too much to the right. What is going on???

That's what I thought but I think it's the same through my headphones...but I'll try changing cables anyway.
