Split note to track broke in sonar?

Hey guys,

Just upgraded to Sonar and am working on a new song. As I have in the past with Pro Audio 9, I ran the CAL script split note to tracks on my Drum track. Problem is, it completely screws up the timing for each track. For some reason after the split nothing lines up. I have done this lots of times with PA9 and it worked flawlessly everytime. Anyone using it in Sonar?.
