Help on Mixer setup with DAW?

I just got sarted with a Daw setup and need help in getting the mixer set up.
I have a Mackie 1202 pro, a Alesis QS8, a Gina card with breakout box 2 ins 8 outs and to listen I have the M1 monitors and Sony headphones,im using CW pro9. could some one tell me what plugs into were? I know the software aspect of it, I just need the mixer setup part. I want to record midi,audio, and vocal audio and use the headphones to listen while recording vocal.
