Keyboard hum
I've got a Roland JV-30 keyboard/synth and overall it's a great little machine, but lately when I plug it into my amp, or recorder it gives off a horrible hum. I've tried using the same outlet for all my amps and stuff, but still get the hum.
Here's the kicker though: when I unplug the keyboard A/C adapter from the wall, I *still* get the keyboard hum. Any idea what's causing this it's creating havoc when I'm trying to record now. Thanks! Dale |

Do you hear any hum in headphones with this?
I'm thinking that you have either shorted your output jack (worst case) or you are using a bad cable. Carl.
