recording bias adjustment

Hello,
I've recently acquired an Otari mx5050 1/4" 4 track and have noticed that unlike the
mx5050 2 track, there is no bias adjustment on the front panel. I took the back panel
off and found bias adjustments for each channel, however, access is virtually impossible for channel 3 and 4.
Does anyone have any experience with this particular deck ?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
