turntable for PC?

I am not a rapper nor Hip hop musician, but, I making some beats for my b-boy crew's promotional vid.
Now, I got all the beats and stuff layed out, and I am using sampled scratch, which I am not too proud of...so, I am looking for an alternative way of doing this.
Now, I don't have all the money to invest in 2 real turntables and lots records, so, is there a digital turntable out there that allows me to spin .wav files? So, I can spin the beats that I made or whatnot with it. I am talking about an actual outboard gear.

If you have time, please check this beat out, it's my first time trying to make a hip hop song, so, it just might sond corny...so, I need some guide from you real hip hop heads

BTW, I was probably the least likley person to have known that these machines exist, but I see them when I go on gear runs.

I must admit that I have tentatively approached these things because the technophile in me can't resist touching stuff, in spite of my not liking the genre most assosiated with these particular tools.

these babies really can make a home-grown dj happy tho( wish I knew how to spin) most of the djs don't even have their own record, and now spining your own stuff is like $70 dollars away. WOW~
they both look like toys to me, but, I think I will pick up one cuz they meet my current needs
