Orbit V-2 question

I recently picked up an e-mu Orbit V-2, which seems to have a lot of neat internal sounds, if I can figure out what to do with it! I want to use it as a MIDI slave to a controller (Kurzweil PC88 or Roland drum machine) but am unsure as to the optimum configuration. Anyone familiar with this unit?

Hook up your midi cables and have fun. Not too many ways to screw it up as long as your in's and out's are connected right.
