Comments on my new project

Hello again everybody. I have those two ideas to build my studio.
My question is a little bit more complicated and I need your thoughts about it please.
One project has a smaller area, but, it can be well built with the amount of money I have rignt now. For example, I'll have enought money for the construction AND the sound treatment (as soon as I find where to get the famous 'rockwool' )
The second project will be bigger, I could use it as a practice room also, the control room will be smaller and the construction will cost a lot more (around twice the price including labor and all the materials). If I go for the second project, I won't have enought money to treat the room, as I want to...
Take a look and tell me what you see

I prefer the second one (small.gif) The ratios between control space and record/rehearse space is better for me and, as you say, better for your pocket

cheers
John
