Audiphile Midi connections

AP 2496 the midi connections used to work, now they don't. I am getting no help from delta. I have checked the connections, reinstalled the drivers clean. Everything is set up in Windows as it is supposed to. I am using the Midi connectors to communicate with my J-station and Boss Dr-5 through their respective software. Unfortunately, they cannot connect. Help!!!!!!

Any other way to test the Midi I/O on the card?
